The name of the novel I chose was The Catcher In The Rye. The primer coat I chose this nonfiction novel is because in addition to it always being a rival reserve or topic, I felt that as a schoolchild and a young adult I could relate. Another reason I chose this novel is because I was fascinated J.D. Salinger, who has also written the short bill collection titled Nine Stories, authored the novel. create verbally in the 1950s, the story begins with the main source Holden Caulfield (Holden) The setting is from a narrated point of view, in which the author is using the main character to tell his own story as he is brio in a rest home. The main characters are Holden who is a boy who refuses to memorialise into adulthood and maturity. Holden has a horrible attitude towards everyone and seems to think everyone is a fake or a fraud the he comes into connexion with. Phoebe is a few years younger than her brother, and she appears to be to a greater extent mature than he his, and gets angry with him for his attempts to escape growing up and running away from lifes problems. Phoebe, in my assessment is the closes to Holden in this novel. I feel that she knows him better than the audience and alternatively of sympathizing with him she criticizes his immaturity in a good way in hopes that her brother will grow up and began to change his ways. remote Phoebe, Mr. Antolini, who is also a main character, is more like a friend to Holden. Though he is an adult and a teacher, he sympathizes with Holden far more than he should. He allows Holden to become acquainted(predicate) with him, and he never reprimands Holden for his unacceptable behavior such as being dismissed from school or smoking and drinking.
