Cadet Officer Candidate Course(COCC)
July Report
I. Execution of commands
The COCC cadets serene need to improve in executing commands especially on marching. Other commands such as facing commands have been penalize better this month than last month due to their stag formations all Tuesday and Thursday. The commands need to be reviewed constantly because others cannot execute it by rights until taught many times. The COCC cadets as well as the CAT officers in spades need a lot of work to perfect every command.
II. Behaviour and Attitude during formations
The COCC cadets are continuously improving on their behaviour and attitude during formations. CAT officers are also accredit during their duty day and respected by doing side steps and salutes. During formations, They are now aware of when to sound-off , ask permission to do anything and what to say when entering a platoon. Though the improvements are minimal, it is lock up a progress and a product of what they learned during formations.
III. Platoon 3
I was asked to handle platoon 3 once together with our Medic Officer, Esteves, Marion Q.
The cadets in platoon 3 are Poblete, Oliveros, Felipe, Montiage and Encarnado. Assesing them that day, They were quite lousy and was not chipper at all. Half of them are often making mistakes in facing commands. Though as Ive said, there were minimal improvements compared to their movement last month.
IV. Commands taught until 28th of July are as follows.
Facing Command- Harap sa kanan rap, Harap sa Likod rap, Harap sa kaliwa rap.
marching music - Lakad Patakda kad, Pulutong Hinto, Parisukat na, Palit Hakbang na.
Spacing or Intervals - Tuntong Kanan, Tuntong Harap, Masinsin pagitan.
