Jeb could not believe how many multitude ga thered outside of the funeral home. When Mathew Sheppards body arrived, Jeb knew very unretentive about what happened to him. His grandfather told him that there was a hate curse that happened in Laramie, Wyoming that was very disturbing and the body of Mathew Sheppard was going to be arriving today.
Jeb was starting to select scared of all the media outside. He didnt want people to see him never mind select him. As Jeb tinctureed out the funeral homes front window he started translation the signs that read, God Hates Gays, then in front of that sign were trine people dressed as angels. People appeared to be lay out and pushing. The police eventually arrived to try to remove the crowd and furcate up the fighting. It was all over the news, brutal murder and pussy of a young college boy for being gay, death penalization for the murder and kidnapping of Mathew Sheppard.
As Jeb watched his grandfather cleaning and embalming Mathews body he was saddened. The body of Mathew was brutally beaten. His face was increase and his head was crushed in on one side. The family decides to pull in a closed casket because he didnt look like the Mathew that everyone knew. We had a picture of him set up for the viewing.



He was a nice looking boy and he looked so happy. Jeb thought, why anyone would do such a thing scarce because they were different. Jeb started thinking of and fearing for his own self. Would anyone want to do something like this to him?
The break of day of the viewing and funeral was the biggest snow storm. After everybody left the funeral home it make it difficult to leave especial with all the media and people outside. Jeb was grateful to all the police that helped keep them out so that Mathews family could morn in private amongst people they knew. The burial was a different story since this was a public place there was not much they could do.
