The Constitution that was written before the ratification knock over was adequate in its democracy, only fell short of its aim of creating a government that incorporates all of the citizens views equally and effectively.
The Constitution divides the powerfulness between the three government branches- Executive, Judicial and Legislative- and United States citizens, but the power is not separated equally. Some framers of the constitution knew this and did it purposefully, while others tried to throw in the towel the federal government from harnessing too much power.
