The purposes for my deaths are to become the ultimate role model for my daughters and myself. This is truly important to me because I sine qua non my children to know that in flavour you may face many obstacles, but if you put your thinker to it, you can overcome many things. My goals are steps toward compass my ambitions and help me see progress when I think at that place nothing. I dont come from an easy telescope and most of my goals are influenced from this. I have tons of goals in life and always making new goals and improvements on elderly ones. The three large goals I planned on to pass on are, finishing my weight loss journey, graduated the RT program with honors and examine a state or university college to obtain a B.S in RT. Towards complete my weight loss journey I destiny to retrogress 50 pound in the next xii months. In 2007 I had an auto accident which injury my back, and overdue to the injuries I gained over 100 pound. As an African American this weight put me in a high peril for health problems. So far I lost 50 pound and carry to lose the last 50. My plans to complete my goal are is to lose an average of four pounds a month, which is a pound a week. I need to find my kilocalorie intake for a week and cut out 3,500 of those calories to lose a pound.

I have to figure out a workout plan that fit in my measure between human body and work schedule. Also I need to pack together healthy shacks with me so I wont demoralise junk food while out. To graduate the RT program with honors I need to have a GPA of 3.7 and can wee this goal by 2012. The chanallge with this goal is for me to ask for help when I need it. When I am in a class and I feel lost, I need to find a tutor in the subject who can help. I need to improve my study habits and find what study skills work topper for me. Look for a study area outside the tin so my kids cant interrupt my study time on tough subjects. After completing my RT program I want to attend a state or university college.
