Mr Ross had a new motto for his students to make this experiment seem more real and so he called it intensiveness Through Discipline, Strength Through Community and Strength Through Action. First when Mr Ross is talk of the town about discipline, he was talking about power and success. Mr Ross had also told his new community that everybody must have pencils and notepapers for note taking. Students were now sitting at their pose with a certain posture, were quiet and talked only when they were asked to and they now also had to end every word with Mr Ross.
